Hello, friends! My name is Siyeon. I’m a bit introverted, but I love building deep friendships with a close few. I’m also a kid who genuinely loves writing, crafting, and painting.
When I was little, I had a weak constitution and struggled just to walk. Everything took me longer than others, so my mom raised me to be resilient. I took up skiing to build my strength, and naturally, I wasn’t good at it at first. I fell down countless times and cried a lot. But since I am no genius, my only real talent was ‘never giving up.’ I found genuine joy in taking my time to make things fully mine, and through that, I learned how to get back up every single time. My thoughts and resilience are woven deeply into my writing and artwork.
Along with visual arts, I express my heart through the violin. Playing in an orchestra allows me to create beautiful harmonies with friends who share the same passion. I play with the hope that our music can soothe the minds of people worn down by daily stress. I truly believe that if music can soften their hearts, the world will become a more tolerant, peaceful, and loving place.
I also have a huge heart for animals, especially those that are abandoned or endangered. Our home is filled with rescued animals; they all come with painful backstories, but once they become family, their eyes begin to shine again. That is why my artwork often tells the stories of these precious, vulnerable friends.
